I was born in a small village in the northeast of Italy, where everyone had the habit of singing: Ruda, a village of about two thousand inhabitants with six choirs.

Since my childhood, I have been singing and working with voices. I studied piano and sang in the music school choir, and later at the Conservatory. I have conducted choirs, taught singing lessons, sung in amateur and professional choirs, as well as in vocal groups and as a soloist.

In 2009, I stopped conducting choirs because I felt it was no longer my role. Leading a group — which, for me, metaphorically represented the image of society, someone who guides others, tells them what to do, and takes all the responsibility — no longer aligned with who I am today.

It all began in 2003. After a period of personal crisis, I broke away from conventional musical patterns, allowing my voice to express itself freely, without any restriction or limitation. This is how I began reconnecting with my creativity and gradually moving toward improvisation.

After that, I started working with voices in a different way, organizing vocal workshops to release the vocal creativity of each participant. This is how OUT LOUD ! was born, as a proposal of workshops to awaken vocal creativity, and THE SINGING BOBY to explore the fundamental connection between body and voice.

Now that I live here in France, the project has taken the name creatiVOICESpace / créatiVOIXespace.

The space of creative voices is a place where it is possible to create and improvise with voice and body.
